Shop functions, search, filters and view

In the top middle of the page you will find the field “search for products”. Just type in the color number you want, in this example 0310. (Hint: It is important to type in the leading 0. So do not type 310, instead type 0310. This makes the search so much easier, because all the color numbers are containing four numbers.)

The system will list all products which contains the number. This could be also totally different items. The are two options to find the right product:

  1. Scrolling down till the right product appears.
  2. Choose “Delica” on the left column and reduce the selection to the size “11/0”.

Two options:

  1. Choose on the left column in the section “filter by type” the option “seed beads”. Then choose in the section “filter by color” the option “blue” and in the section “filter by size” the option “11/0”.
  2. At first click on “beads and accessories”, then on the little arrow next to the word “Miyuki” and after that on “Miyuki seed beads 11/0”. The shop will show you all 11/0 seed beads and you can filter them by choosing the color group “blue” on the left column.

We have the wish list: Just move over the product, click on the heart and the item will be added to your wish list.
You can find your wish list on the top right corner, just next to the shopping cart. You can alway take a look at it and edit it.
(Hint: If you like to save your wish list for the future, you have to log into shop first.)

Just click on “Sales” or “New” in the top right corner.

With these symbols you can change the amount of the shown items and also change the size of the pictures.

Put the choosen pattern into your shopping cart, go to the cart and check out (if you got only digital items in your cart there will be no shipping costs). After that the download link will be appear automatically and you will get it also with a email. Additional you will find all your download links at “my account / downloads”.

There are several options:
1. Put the item into your cart by clicking on the symbol and change the amount later in your shopping cart.
2. Click on the magnifier (“quick view”) and in the quick view type in the amount.
3. Click on the item and type in the amount.

The system only allows to put in the amount that is on stock.
Unfortunately you have to wait till the item is available again. We do not sell beads we don’t have on stock.

Shopping cart and voucher.

If your voucher was buyed before 2022 the shop does not accept it and we have to reduce your invoice by hand. Please type in the number of your voucher into the field for comments and we will handle it as described on the voucher.

Please take care of the correct spelling and the case sensitivity. If your voucher doesn’t work, please write a short email to Info@Creanon.de


Delivery, payment and voucher

That is not a problem, we will deliver in many countries.

If you are located outlying the EU, you do not have to pay German tax (this is only possible, if the billing and shipping address is in the same country).

This is not a problem as long as the billing and shipping address is in the same country. You can choose a different shipping address during the process.

If you paid by your own account this isn’t a problem, we can find your order with your name.

Normally this isn’t a problem, if your orders are short after another. Please write a short text into the field for comments and we will put everything together. We will refund overpaid shipping costs.
If your order is already on its way we will contact you.

If you live outside Germany we will handle every order separately. Also if they are short after another.

Please use the form which will come with your order.
We will refund your money in the same manner as you paid. Please write down your bank account if you made a classical bank transfer.

We try to execute your order as fast as possible after payment. Sometimes the same day, latest the next working day. Please be aware that we are not in control of our shipping partners. Normally you get your beads in 1-3 days if your shipping address is in Germany. If you choose money transfer please add one to three days for the bank.
